Online orders  (To order by mail or fax, scroll to the bottom). To order a book online, click an "add to cart" link below. (If this is your first order, please glance at the remarks below first.)  You will be taken to a shopping cart. If you want to order another book, use your browser's back command. Of course you can always remove books from your cart or abandon your cart altogether. If you need a book in a hurry, please choose priority mail, especially if you do not live in or near Massachusetts. Most books will be shipped from our warehouse there.  Shipping for 1 book: $3.65 for media mail, $5.50 for priority mail (which may mean USPS priority, FedEx, or UPS). There is a $2.50 surcharge for single copies of the Vector Calculus textbook sent by priority mail (why?). Shipping for 2 books: $5.25 for media mail, $9.75 for priority mail. 3 or more books: for priority mail, $1 additional for each additional book. For media mail, 3 books: $6.25, 4 or more books: $6.75. This information is helpful if we have a question about an order.  What if I really don't want to give my e-mail or telephone? (5) Payment: Two options, both secure: (1) "credit card" lets you charge your books to Visa or Mastercard directly. What if I can't find the "card verification number"? (2) "PayPal". Use an "e-check" (electronic transfer) or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Signing up witih PayPal is no longer necessary.
