When you've
made your selection,
(1) Choose
your shipping: U.S. media
or U.S. priority. Please scroll down to the "recalculate"
button and and hit it to make the correct shipping appear.
(2) Sales
tax:
If your
books will be shipped to New York
State, then
choose New York from the state or province menu and hit "recalculate".
If the order is tax-exempt, provide the necessary information in the
place for comments, or write us.
(3)
Shipping address:
If your
address won't fit in the space provided, please e-mail
sales@matrixeditions.com with the complete address. (We apologize for
the inconvenience.)
(4) Billing
information:
You will be
asked for your e-mail address and telephone. We
will not share either with
any
third party. This information is helpful if we have a question about an
order.
What if I really
don't want to give my e-mail or telephone?
(5) Payment:
Two
options, both secure:
(1) "credit
card" lets you charge your books to Visa or Mastercard directly.
What if I
can't find the "card verification number"?
(2)
"PayPal". Use an "e-check" (electronic transfer) or Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, or Discover. Signing up witih PayPal is no longer
necessary.
Please note:
when the charge appears your credit card bill, there will be a Matrix
Editions e-mail address next to the charge. If you have any questions
about the charge, please contact us!
Offline
orders
FAX, using Visa or
Mastercard. You may
fax your order to 1-815-642-0504. Either
print out the pdf
order form or use a
separate piece of paper. Be sure to include credit card number and
expiration date, total being charged, name and shipping address, your
telephone number, and your e-mail address.
