To order online you directly with Visa or Mastercard, you will be required to give the card verification number: the last three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of the credit card. This is required by the company that processes the credit card orders.
If you cannot find such a number on your card, please fax the credit card number, expiration date, and order information. If you wish, you may print out the pdf order form:

You may be asked to provide confirmation of the shipping address, such as a faxed copy of your driver's license.
