want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you
may return your book or books (in good condition) within four
weeks of the order date to receive a complete refund of the price.
(Sorry, but shipping charges are not refunded.)
We only accept returns if the books were bought directly from Matrix Editions.
You
will receive your refund either by check or in the form of a
credit to your credit card.
Please
include a copy of your receipt. If you do not have it, please
e-mail hubbard@matrixeditions.com
for
authorization to return the book. If you bought the book directly
from Matrix Editions, that should create no problem.
