Because Vector Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Differential Forms: A Unified Approach" is such a big book, we cannot offer shipping by priority mail flat-rate envelope and must use more expensive  methods.   If you do not want  media mail,  there is a surcharge of $2.50 (in addition to the $5.50 priority mail shipping fee for 1 book); we will send the book by priority mail, FedEx ground, FedEx home delivery, DHL ground, or UPS ground, at our choice.  (If you feel strongly about the carrier, let us know.)   If you are ordering 2 or more copies of the Vector Calculus book, there is no surcharge. There is no surcharge for media mail.
