Paying the Brazilian service fee

If you order books to be sent to Brazil, you will receive a tracking number once they ship. Enter the tracking number at the USPS website.

Keep checking until you learn that your order has reached Brazil. Then put the same tracking number in the Brazilian website. You will need to set up an account; then you can pay the fee.

A customer who ordered Vector Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Differential Forms: A Unified Approach reports that the "service fee" he had to pay was only 15 reals. But if it is not paid the book may be returned to the United States. Our customer, who had inquired about his missing book, was never told that it was not in fact lost but that a fee needed to be paid.
